Assembled into automotive, agricultural, and industrial chains, these bushes and rollers are cold forged to micron tolerances and are heat-treated to the required hardness. Having developed our capabilities to extrude these parts from 2.30 mm to 14.0 mm bores, and 2.90 mm to 31.70 mm lengths, (05B ~ 20B chains rollers & bushes) we are constantly pushing the envelope of mass-production with the best quality. Rollers
The rollers allow the chain to move more smoothly over the sprockets, reducing wear & tear on both the chain & the sprockets.
Bushes
The bush is press fitted into the inner plates which forms the inner link assembly. The pin is press fitted in the outer plate which passes through the bush bore of the inner link assembly.
